      Russian foreign minister : रूस भारत को अपना पुराना दोस्त मानता है. खबर है कि भारत के प्रधानमंत्री मोदी 8 जुलाई को रूस के दौरे पर पहुंचेंगे. जहां पर उनकी मुलाकात राष्ट्रपति पुतिन से होनी है. लेकिन इस बीच कजाकिस्तान की राजधानी अस्ताना में भारत के विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर और रूस के विदेश मंत्री के बीच मुलाकात हुई है. लावरोव से मुलाकात के दौरान जयशंकर ने युद्ध क्षेत्र में फसे भारतीय नागरिकों को लेकर चिंता जाहिर की और साथ ही उनकी सुरक्षित वापसी पर भी जोर दिया. विदेश मंत्री ने अपने सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में कहा, राजधानी अस्ताना में रूस के विदेश मंत्री सर्गेई लावरोव से मिलकर अच्छा लगा. इस मुलाकात के बारे में उन्होंने आगे बताया कि बातचीत के दौरान हमारे बीच द्विपक्षीय साझेदारी और समसामयिकी मुद्दों पर मंथन हुआ. पिछले साल दिसंबर 2023 में हमारे बीच हुई बैठक के बाद कई क्षेत्रों में प्रगति देखी गई है. विदेश मंत्री ने युद्ध के क्षेत्र में फसे भारतीय नागरिकों को शीघ्र वापस वतन लाने पर भी लावरोव से गहरी चिंता जताई. रूस ने बताया भारत को पुराना और भरोसेमंद दोस्त 1 महीने के लिए यूएनएससी की अध्यक्षता ग्रहण करने के बाद संयुक्त राष्ट्र में रूस के स्थाई प्रतिनिधि वेसीली नेबेंजिया भारत से घनिष्ठ संबंध को लेकर बड़ी बात कही है. नेबेंजिया के अनुसार रूस भारत के साथ विशेष रणनीतिक साझेदारी वाले संबंध कई दशकों से स्थापित कर रखा है. संयुक्त राष्ट्र में रूस के राजदूत ने भारतीय पीएम मोदी कि रूस की यात्रा को लेकर भी टिप्पणी दी. अगर पीएम मोदी रूस की यात्रा पर जाते हैं तो उन्हें उम्मीद है कि दोनों देशों के बीच द्विपक्षीय संबंध और भी मजबूत होंगे. पीएम मोदी अगर 8 जुलाई को रूस की यात्रा पर जाते हैं तो तकरीबन 5 साल के बाद यह पहला मौका होगा जब प्रधानमंत्री रूस का दौरा करेंगे. विदेश मंत्री जयशंकर ने रूस के अपने समकक्ष लावरोव के साथ हुई मुलाकात की जानकारी सोशल मीडिया मंच एक्स पर एक पोस्ट के जरिए दिया.

      United Nations : दोहा में संयुक्त राष्ट्र की बैठक में शामिल होकर तालिबान को क्या हासिल हुआ

      United Nations : तालिबान अफगानिस्तान की सत्ता पर पूरी तरह से काबिज हो गया है. लेकिन उसके बावजूद भी दुनिया के किसी भी देश ने तालिबान सरकार को मान्यता नही दी है. अफगानिस्तान की स्थिति को लेकर कई बार संयुक्त राष्ट्र बैठकें कर चुका है. लेकिन अभी तक तालिबान की ओर से इस बैठक में हिस्सा नहीं लिया गया था. इस बीच UN ने कतर की राजधानी दोहा में 25 देशों के साथ एक बैठक की. जिसमें इस बार तालिबान की सरकार के नेताओं ने भी हिस्सा लिया. संयुक्त राष्ट्र की इस मीटिंग में शामिल होने से पहले ही तालिबान ने शर्त रखी थी कि अफगान महिलाओं के प्रतिनिधियों को इस बैठक से बाहर रखा जाएगा. नतीजन संयुक्त राष्ट्र को तालिबान की बातों को मानना पड़ा. इसके बाद ही तालिबान ने अपने प्रतिनिधि को दोहा में हुई इस बैठक में जाने की अनुमति दी. किस विषय पर चर्चा करने के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने बुलाई बैठक इस बैठक के आयोजन से पहले ही संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने स्पष्ट कर दिया था कि यह बैठक तालिबान सरकार को मान्यता देने के लिए नहीं की जा रही है. अफगानिस्तान की धरती पर तालिबान के वापसी के बाद पश्चिमी देशों के साथ महिलाओं के अधिकारों पर नजर रखने वाले विश्व के कई संगठनों ने तालिबान सरकार का विरोध किया है. उधर तालिबान ने पहले ही अपनी शर्त रखी थी कि इस बैठक में महिला अधिकारों पर बात नहीं होगी. दोहा में हुई इस बैठक के दौरान अफगानिस्तान में मानवीय संकट, ड्रग तस्करी समेत और कई अन्य मुद्दों पर बातचीत हुई है. अफ़गानिस्तान में महिलाओं की स्थिति को लेकर संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने तालिबान के सामने क्या मांग की संयुक्त राष्ट्र की बैठक में तालिबान से महिलाओं को सार्वजनिक जीवन में शामिल करने का अनुरोध किया गया है. दोहा में हुई इस बैठक की अध्यक्ष रोजमेरी डिकार्लो ने मंगलवार को बताया कि तालिबान अधिकारियों को सूचित किया गया कि महिलाओं को सार्वजनिक जीवन में शामिल किया जाना चाहिए.

      India-Pak News : पाकिस्तान से आई जंग के दौरान लापता हुए सैनिकों की लिस्ट, रिहाई की कर रहा है मांग

      India-Pak news : पाकिस्तान ने सोमवार को 1965 और 1971 जंग के दौरान लापता हुए अपने सैनिकों की लिस्ट सौंपी है. इस लिस्ट में 38 सैनिकों के बारे में जानकारी दी गई है. पाकिस्तान का मानना है कि युद्ध के दौरान ये सभी पाकिस्तानी सैनिक भारत के हिरासत में पहुच गए हैं. इसके आलावा दोनों देशों की जेलों में बंद नागरिकों की लिस्ट भी एक दूसरे से साझा की गई है. इस लिस्ट में अधिकतर मछूआरे शामिल हैं. भारत की ओर से पाकिस्तान को लिस्ट के माध्यम से बताया गया है कि यहां 452 पाकिस्तानी कैदी मौजूद हैं. वहीं पाकिस्तान की ओर दी गई जानकारी के मुताबिक वहां भारत के 254 भारतीय कैदी जेल में बंद हैं. भारत और पाकिस्तान (India Pak news) के बीच कैदियों की जानकारी साझा करने का प्रचालन 2008 से जारी है. प्रत्येक साल जनवरी और जुलाई की 1 तारीख को दोनों देशों के द्वारा कैदियों की लिस्ट जारी की जाती है. पाकिस्तान कैदियों की रिहाई की कर रहा है मांग भारत में सजा काट रहे पाकिस्तानी कैदियों की पाकिस्तान का विदेश कार्यालय रिहाई की मांग रहा है. पाकिस्तान का कहना है कि जो पाकिस्तानी शारीरिक रूप और मानसिक रूप से कमजोर हो गये हैं, उनकों अब रिहा कर देना चाहिए. पिछले साल 2023 में भारत ने 62 और इस साल अब तक 4 पाकिस्तानी कैदियों को रिहा कर चुका है. भारत की सीमा को पार करना चाहता था पाक नागरिक फायरिंग में हुई मौत बीती रात एक पाकिस्तानी नागरिक भारतीय सरहद को पार करने की कोशिश कर रहा है था. भारत के बीएसएफ जवानों ने उसे अलर्ट किया और रोकने की पूरी कोशिश की लेकिन वह पीछे हटने को तैयार नहीं हुआ. जिससे मजबूरन भारतीय जवानों को फायरिंग करनी पड़ी. जिसमें उसकी मौत हो गई. तलाशी के दौरान उसके पास से कोई हथियार बरामद नहीं हुआ लेकिन कुछ सिगरेट मिलें हैं. इसके पहले 26 जून को भारतीय जवानों ने 3 आतंकियों को ढेर कर दिया था.
